Eric has spent over 25 years supporting and developing individuals in the workforce. He has focused on "Total Talent management" and has worked to ensure employees can develop themselves through holistic performance management programs. He has also worked to identify and develop previously undiscovered talent. In January of 2024, Eric started north star, which supports individuals on their career growth journeys. He has also led inspirational seminars on professional development at both Universities and Corporations.
